Overview
The NPM Automatic Crimping Machine is a handy, self sustaining machine that has a stainless steel leg for adjustment in height. The instrument is made on a sturdy welded MS frame that is closed entirely in stainless steel sheets and doors that are provided to carry forth the actions and services.
With the help of the in-feed worm, the feed containers are led into the in-feed star wheel through the conveyor. The star wheel places the container under the crimping head under the mechanism of subsequent indexing. During this, a cap is placed on the bottle from the delivery chute of the cap filling bowl. The body and the neck of the container are placed beneath the rotating head where the crimping head operates.
