Overview

The Semi-automatic Linear Bottle Washing Machine is built on sturdy MS structure cladded with SS 304 Sheet. Machine consist of container holders, spray nozzles, star wheel and guide plate. Machine is operated with push button type operating panel.

The containers (bottles) are loaded manually in inverted condition in the container holders of the intermittently rotating disk. The intermittent motion is imparted by Geneva mechanism. Due to intermittent motion, the containers loaded in the containers holders are brought to stationary for a certain time which is necessary to wash the bottles.

As the containers are brought above the spray nozzles, water spray flows from the nozzles & washes the containers. The washed containers are unloaded from the container holders manually & sent for further process.
