Overview

NPM Automatic Inner Plug Placement Machine is a versatile machine with a height adjustable system. The machine is built on a sturdy steel frame mounted on stainless steel legs and completely enclosed in stainless steel sheets. The plug placement machine has a moving conveyor that brings in the containers into an in-feed star wheel. The machine applies uniform pressure across the lid and while placing the containers precisely below the rotating head and the inner plug head, the inner plug is placed carefully. The machine has doors installed that make it easier to maintain and service the machine.
