Overview

NPM's Semi automatic cap sealing machine is built on a sturdy welded MS frame that is completely closed within a stainless steel sheet and doors that are provided to ease the function of the machine. The product is motorised by blending a rotating thread & sealing rollers to carry forth the sealing of the ROPP caps.

Feeding and Unloading the container is done manually by the positioning body and the neck of the container below the rotating head where the sealing head performs the operation of threading & sealing.
