Overview
NPM's Semi-Automatic Gear Meter based Electronic Filling Machine works on a servo-assisted gear meter dosing system and is suitable to handle all kinds of liquids. It is a compact and highly efficient machine for various critical products.
The operation of the machine begins by placing the container at the platform of the machine below the filling nozzle. Once the container is filled, it has to be removed and taken out manually. After this, the next empty container should be placed for the filling process. Here, the range of filling volumes can be set through HMI. The Semi-Automatic Gear Meter based Electronic Filling Machine conforms to fulfill all the industrial standards.
